Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across Plant 4 to ensure compliance.
• Provide strategic safety leadership to site leadership.
• Manage safety training and onboarding.
• Coordinate with local government and safety communities.
• Maintain OSHA logs and site safety plans.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Facilitate safety calls and meetings.
• Audit safety programs and PPE/ergonomic assessments.
