Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Milwaukie, OR, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly staff in safe manufacturing of aerospace components. You will coordinate shift operations, ensure quality and efficiency, and train team members while maintaining compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school plus college level courses or equivalent training in manufacturing accounting, mathematics, and statistics. Additional PCC Certificate program training is a plus.
• Two to five years' experience in related production operations with ability to facilitate team problem solving and communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Safely supervise hourly employees and ensure production quality and productivity targets are met.
• Maintain safe working environment and enforce safety policies and accident prevention.
• Plan and organize shift operations to meet production schedules and supervisor guidance.
• Develop and train staff to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and morale.
• Conduct performance appraisals and recommend pay increases, transfers, and promotions in line with policy.
