Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program at our Antioch, TN site. You will partner with Operations to embed safety into daily work and drive initiatives that protect our people.

You will build a high-performing WHS team, perform risk assessments, and turn safety data into actionable strategies. 5+ years in EHS and people management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and innovation to drive continuous improvement and safety metrics.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily processes and risk management.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and oversee WHS training and recordkeeping.
