Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Tennessee is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program that protects associates and improves operational excellence. You will drive risk assessments, partner with Operations, and leverage data analytics to inform preventive safety measures.

You will build and mentor a high-performing WHS team, foster continuous improvement, and influence site leaders to embed safety into everyday work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program across multiple sites.
• Partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations using data-driven insights.
• Build a high-performing WHS team and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.
• Oversee risk assessments, audits, and WHS training programs.
