The role requires a BS in Industrial Hygiene/Engineering and 5+ years in mining safety or industrial hygiene, with strong leadership and regulatory expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or Industrial Technology or Engineering (Mining Engineering required).
• 5+ years of safety/industrial hygiene experience in a mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Administers, oversees, and audits loss control programs including MSHA compliance and industrial hygiene auditing.
• Champions safety to drive a safety-first culture at the site.
• Develops the EH&S strategy to drive zero injuries and 100% regulatory compliance.
