Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior EHS leader to drive strategy, governance, and execution across large projects. You will align EHS priorities with enterprise goals, ensure regulatory readiness, and foster accountability through collaboration with project leadership.

The role requires 8–12 years in construction EHS, OSHA 30-Hour Construction and OSHA 500 certifications, and a strong track record in risk reduction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in safety, EH, engineering, or construction mgmt; master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years in construction EHS, with leadership of large or mega projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
• OSHA Course 500 training required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Naloxone certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines project-wide EHS strategy, goals, and maturity targets aligned with enterprise standards.
• Oversees EHS governance and audit programs across all project phases with regulatory compliance.
• Leads serious-incident investigations and communicates findings across project and enterprise.
• Partners with project executives, operations, and trade partners to plan and mitigate high-risk work.
• Develops and mentors project EHS professionals, building capability within the project and enterprise.
• Represents the project in regulatory interactions and stakeholder engagements.
• Tracks and reports EHS performance metrics and informs leadership decisions.
