Stryker Corporation is seeking an experienced professional to lead and reinforce a safety-first culture by integrating EHS, Manufacturing Engineering, and Equipment Reliability within our Durham site. The role focuses on proactively identifying risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving improvements to protect employees, products, and the environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or EH&S.
• Strong knowledge of EH&S regs and ISO standards.
• Experience Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in regulated environments.
• CSP/CIH/CHMM certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree as stated in requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and sustainment of EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee hazardous waste management program, including oversight of manifests, records, and training.
• Conduct routine EHS inspections and audits, including waste storage and chemical safety checks.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions to reduce risk to employees and product quality.
• Coordinate industrial hygiene monitoring and emergency response programs.
• Ensure compliance in cleanrooms, labs, and manufacturing spaces.
• Drive 6S and safety culture initiatives at all levels.
