Job summary

Watson Marlow, part of the Spirax Group, is seeking a Senior Environment, Health and Safety Specialist in Harvard, MA. You will act as the day-to-day safety leader at the site level, driving a proactive safety culture and engaging with operations staff to implement improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety for North America, you will contribute to safe, compliant operations and support ISO14001/45001 initiatives. This is a high-impact role within a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in health and safety within industrial manufacturing.
• Degree in Health and Safety or related field; ASP/CSP status preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety culture through engagement with operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day safety leader at the site level.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through engagement with operational staff and teams.
• Collaborate with the North America Head of Health and Safety to implement programs.
• Support ISO14001 and ISO45001 initiatives where applicable.
