Oracle’s Global Environment, Health & Safety team is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead onsite execution across multiple US locations, including Abilene, TX; Santa Teresa, NM; Saline, MI; and Port Washington, WI. The role manages EHS Specialists, partners with Operations & Facilities, and ensures regulatory compliance and program standardization across data centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS leadership experience.
• Experience leading field-based EHS teams at multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO regulations.
• Experience managing EHS programs in hyperscale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EHS Specialists across sites.
• Ensure consistent EHS program deployment and site-level execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational EHS risks.
• Support high-risk activities (LOTO, energized work, heights, etc.).
• Lead site audits, drive corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
