Job summary

Talent Wave Associates is seeking a seasoned Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) leader to build and manage comprehensive programs across facilities in a fast-growing organization. The role focuses on regulatory readiness, OSHA compliance, and embedding a culture of safety as production expands.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of solid EHS management experience in large organizations.
• Proven track record building EHS programs from the ground up.
• Strong regulatory expertise across OSHA, air permits, wastewater, and waste reporting.
• Comfortable in a rapid-growth environment with prioritization and delivery under pressure.
• Builder mindset with ability to create structure while staying practical.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence leadership and floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures across all facilities.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory readiness; lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage air permitting, wastewater compliance, and waste/scrap reporting to avoid fines.
• Develop and deliver training programs to drive accountability and continuous floor improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Maintenance, and Quality to embed EHS in daily operations and new lines.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections; drive hazard identification and mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies and maintain required documentation and reporting.
• Protect the company from EHS risks during rapid growth by establishing scalable systems.
