Trelleborg Sealing Solutions US Inc is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety leader in Seattle to implement ISO45001, drive risk assessments, and lead the safety program across aerospace manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include training, audits, regulatory compliance, and managing the EMS certification while coordinating with operations and engineering for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of EH&S experience in facilities/maintenance and EH&S.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO standards: ISO 9000/9001, ISO 13485, FDA 21CFR 820/11.
• 3+ years in a maintenance leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Lead risk assessments and preventative measures to minimize hazards.
• Lead safety committee; conduct training and audits for site operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; develop relevant policies.
• Conduct safety/environmental training and incident investigations.
• Oversee waste management, environmental compliance, and emissions.
• Manage EMS and related certifications; coordinate site security and reporting.
