Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (business, logistics, engineering, environmental science, safety).
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Experience managing facility maintenance, safety, environmental compliance, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility maintenance, safety, and environmental programs for distribution operations.
• Develop and administer annual operating and capital budgets; advise leadership on infrastructure and workforce needs.
• Partner with Operations to implement preventive/predictive maintenance and drive asset reliability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
