Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years in an Environmental, Health & Safety role in manufacturing.
• Experience administering ISO 14001/45001 requirements and audits.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario OH&S legislation and related regulations.
• Proven incident investigations and corrective-action experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs and own the EHS Management System.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and drive audits.
• Foster a proactive safety culture through leadership and training.
• Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring and risk mitigation planning.
• Lead incident investigations and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and regulatory relations.
• Manage EHS budgets, timelines and continuous improvement.
