Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. is seeking a Senior EHS Engineer for their Greensboro, NC location. In this full-time position, you will support the EHS Manager in enhancing health and safety programs across the campus. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in semiconductor or high-risk environments, ensuring compliance and driving safety culture.

Key responsibilities include leading EHS program development, conducting hazard assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture among teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on EHS experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or high-risk environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA (29 CFR 1910) and environmental regulations.
• Experience in hazard analysis, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support / lead development of site EHS programs aligned with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Conduct advanced hazard assessments and risk evaluations across various areas.
• Lead incident investigations, applying structured root cause analysis.
