Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing process plans for semiconductor components.
• Identify root causes of production problems and develop corrective actions.
• Lead process improvement teams and lean culture dissemination.
• Support equipment specs, vendor selection, and new system deployment.
• Contribute to training programs for technicians and operators.
• Collaborate across internal and customer teams to improve processes.
