Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety professional to lead the company’s safety program across facilities in the Americas. You will manage compliance with OSHA regulations, develop safety policies, and coordinate training and audits to continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in OH&S, knowledge of ISO 45001, and the ability to drive risk reduction and incident investigations across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance.
• Experience with ISO 45001 or other safety management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections, safety audits, and compliance assessments.
• Monitor and maintain required safety documentation, permits, and records.
• Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain investigation records.
