Job summary

Howmet Aerospace’s Hampton, VA facility seeks a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead the EHS program. You will drive continuous improvements, coach plant personnel, and implement programs to align with federal and state regulations and company policies.

You will manage environmental issues across air, wastewater, and waste programs and lead cross‑functional teams on environmental projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 4 years of environmental, health or safety experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret EHS regulations and standards and other technical reports and data.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
