Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Physical Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Experience leading risk assessments, hazard reviews, process hazard analysis, or technical EHS reviews.
• Ability to research processes, chemistry, equipment, and regulations to assess EHS risk.
• Experience leading or participating in incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address EHS considerations for new materials, processes, equipment, and early manufacturing scale-up.
• Participate in EHS Management of Change reviews and risk assessments.
• Provide technical EHS input in design reviews and project meetings.
• Lead or support process hazard analyses to identify hazards and risk reductions.
• Deliver EHS training and communicate regulatory requirements practically.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Physical Sciences
