In this role you will design, implement and sustain workplace safety and environmental programs aligned with OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and Corning's EH&S requirements, partnering with site leadership to build a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with fall protection, confined space, machine guarding and safe operation practices.
• Experience conducting safety risk assessments, incident investigations, and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EH&S action plans and risk controls.
• Conduct hazard identifications and risk assessments across processes.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Design and deliver EH&S training and track KPIs.
• Maintain Emergency Response Plan and ensure contractor safety compliance.
• Communicate EH&S findings clearly to all audiences.
• Collaborate across functions to drive safety programs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage multiple safety priorities with minimal supervision.
