The role requires 8+ years in EH&S with leadership, expertise in ISO45001, risk assessment, audits and training, plus strong MS Office and incident reporting skills. Occasional travel and a focus on environmental stewardship are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in facilities/maintenance and EH&S.
• 5+ years in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and oversee comprehensive safety programs.
• Lead ISO45001 implementation and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures.
• Manage EMS and environmental compliance.
• Develop and deliver health, safety and environmental training.
• Maintain site layout and machine specifications for manufacturing needs.
• Prepare reports on accidents, violations and trends.
