Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Consulting Manager to oversee a portfolio of consulting and embedded services. You will couple deep EHS expertise with account leadership to deliver measurable client outcomes and expand relationships within life sciences, healthcare and manufacturing facilities.

The role leads a team of 6–10 consultants, guides proposals and engagement economics, ensures on-time, on-budget delivery, and travels 40–60% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Lead multi-disciplinary EHS assessments and programs spanning safety, hygiene, environmental compliance, biosafety, radiation safety, and process safety.
• Build trusted client relationships, manage satisfaction, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of embedded and consulting engagements.
• Support delivery operations through technical billable work, project management, quality control, and oversight of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary EHS assessments and programs spanning occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, biosafety, radiation safety, and process safety.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders at the site EHS Director and VP levels, owning client satisfaction, retention, and account renewals.
• Support EHS consulting operations through technical billable delivery, project management, quality control, and oversite of delivery services.
