AeroFlow Technologies is seeking an EH&S Manager in Kirkland, WA to lead environmental, health, and safety programs. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Washington state regulations, manage workers' comp cases, and drive training and continuous improvement across the plant.

The role emphasizes hazard identification, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting to protect personnel and the environment while supporting company operations.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and/or Environmental or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in EHS roles.
• Knowledge of Washington State L&I requirements and OSHA/EPA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EH&S programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage L&I/Workers' Compensation cases with HR and plant supervisors.
• Serve as primary contact for incident reporting and investigations, driving timely resolution.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training programs to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Oversee environmental permits, registrations, agency reporting, and regulatory filings.
• Lead emergency preparedness and business continuity efforts to ensure readiness.
• Maintain EH&S records and report metrics to plant leadership.
