Job summary
ERM is seeking a Consulting Senior Associate in Irvine, CA, to deliver EHS compliance and sustainability projects for diverse clients. You will partner with project managers and technical experts on audits, investigations, and site assessments while supporting regulatory requirements.
The role requires a Bachelor in Environmental Science or Engineering and 1+ years of EHS experience, with travel across Southern California and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of EHS experience in tech, bio-pharma, R&D or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with environmental permitting and regulatory compliance (Cal/OSHA, EPA).
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document technical data.
Responsibilities
- Perform compliance audits and safety risk assessments.
- Develop and implement EHS programs and standard work to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance and sustainability.
- Conduct inspections, investigations, safety observations, and risk controls.
- Support projects led by ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers.
- Assist in achieving client site compliance and safety objectives.
