Job summary

Claritev Corporation seeks a Technical Engagement Lead - Federal to oversee technical readiness, infrastructure coordination, and deployment execution for Oracle Health Cerner Millennium deployments across federal healthcare programs.

You will serve as the on-site technical lead, guiding cross‑functional teams, coordinating validation, go‑live, and stabilization efforts while ensuring HIPAA compliance, security controls, and effective stakeholder communication with clinical and IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/CS/Healthcare tech or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years in healthcare IT, technical consulting, or large-scale deployments.
• Experience with Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) deployments or similar.
• Strong understanding of networking, medical devices, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical engagement lead and client-facing advisor during Oracle Health implementations.
• Conduct current-state technical readiness assessments for facilities and environments.
• Coordinate hardware deployment, device integration, and data interoperability activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, and clinical engineering.
• Oversee go-live and stabilization activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure HIPAA/security/compliance considerations are incorporated throughout deployment.
