Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Clinical Consultant to partner with federal healthcare organizations to improve care delivery through EHR adoption and informatics leadership. You will guide workflow redesign, change management, and adoption strategies that enable safer, more efficient care at scale.

This role engages with Federal customer staff and Oracle teams to ensure successful and sustained use of the EHR, with travel up to 50-60% and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active RN license.
• 8+ years total relevant healthcare experience with 5+ years licensed clinical practice.
• 1 year clinical consulting or HCIT experience.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide Federal customers through EHR adoption and workflow changes.
• Coordinate clinical activities and workflow adoption during go-lives.
• Support deployment planning, go-live, and post-go-live optimization.
• Translate clinical needs into system design to improve quality and safety.
• Lead end-user adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.
• Adhere to security policies and protect assets.
