Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior EHR Solutions Trainer & Subject Matter Expert to support federal healthcare clients, deliver comprehensive training, and drive adoption of Oracle Health solutions.

You will train clinicians and staff across ambulatory, inpatient, and revenue cycle domains, translating complex workflows into practical instruction, while aligning with deployment and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of clinical, healthcare training, or EHR experience.
• Current clinical license (e.g., RN) and hands-on clinical practice.
• Experience delivering EHR training and applying adult learning principles.
• Experience coaching learners and supporting end-user adoption.
• Ability to work with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for diverse roles and levels.
• Provide deployment, go-live, refresher, and sustainment training.
• Create and update job aids, facilitator guides, and exercises.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into practical training.
