Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive the EHR Modernization program for ICE/CBP within the DHS Health & Services Sector. You will oversee the overall technical solution, architecture, systems integration, and deployment readiness for an enterprise Oracle Health EHR implementation.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate with Government stakeholders, Oracle Health, subcontractors, and Leidos teams to translate requirements into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive experience in enterprise IT or health IT programs.
• Demonstrated leadership for enterprise EHR implementations or modernization projects.
• Experience as Technical Lead / Chief Engineer or equivalent on complex programs.
• Experience designing architectures spanning applications, infrastructure, cloud hosting, interfaces, and data integration.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS/Azure) and security/compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program's primary technical lead, coordinating with Government stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead development, integration, and implementation of the end-to-end EHR solution.
• Establish end-to-end technical architecture including cybersecurity, interfaces, and data integration.
• Translate requirements into engineering plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership across DevSecOps, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Develop technical plans, dependencies, and engineering decision records.
• Lead design reviews, architecture assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
