Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a Federal Senior Engineer/Architect to lead engineering efforts for the Federal EHR deployments, collaborating with VA/DoD and client teams. You will drive system integrations, SDLC adherence, and architectural decisions across Oracle Health platforms.

The role requires hands-on leadership, federal contracting familiarity, and the ability to work in a secure, dynamic engineering environment to deliver scalable health IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Preferred federal contracting experience.
• US citizenship and ability to pass Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with EHR deployments (VA/DoD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities across multiple teams and projects.
• Evaluate systems and determine integration requirements.
• Support Federal EHR deployments across the United States for VA.
• Design and develop integration solutions between Oracle Health and client systems.
• Create visuals of system inputs/outputs and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, delivery teams and client stakeholders to automate tasks.
• Ensure products meet quality requirements and anticipate issues.
• Assist with staffing and interview activities.
