Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Test Lead to own test strategy, planning and execution for the ICE IHSC EHR Modernization program. This remote role allows occasional in-person meetings at Reston, VA, and government sites in the DC area.

You will lead engineering, integration and regression testing, drive data migration testing, validate HL7/FHIR interfaces, and coordinate with government and contractor teams to ensure requirements are met before go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• 8–12 years of software or system testing experience, including 3+ years leading a test team.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks (UFT/ALM, Katalon, Selenium or Playwright) and unit testing concepts (JUnit).
• Experience with data migration, interface and integration testing, HL7/FHIR preferred or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Contractor Master Test Plan with Government concurrence.
• Develop the Test Data Management Plan and production-like data sets.
• Lead engineering, integration and regression testing; support unit and end-to-end testing.
• Design, build, and run automated regression tests using preferred tools.
• Plan and execute joint Government and Contractor data migration testing with data integrity verification.
• Test interfaces, data mapping, and perform do-no-harm testing for Government systems.
• Validate requirements against traceability matrix and maintain test traceability.
• Run risk-based validation, manage defect triage and issue management.
• Support site deployment testing and participate in test integration workgroups.
