Job summary

My3tech is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the EHR implementation across BCHS, BOI, and BCD. This senior PM role requires strong health informatics knowledge, a PMP certification, and the ability to work from the Harrisburg area with two days onsite weekly.

The ideal candidate will drive project planning from start to finish, manage organizational change, and coordinate with multiple IT teams and stakeholders to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementing an EHR system where paper-based charting was used.
• PMI PMP certification for at least 5 years; upload certification.
• Must reside in PA; out-of-state candidates will not be considered.
• Work in Harrisburg office two days per week as required.
• 7–9 years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) preferred.
• Experience with EHR/EMR, health informatics and health IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, execute and monitor all project activities for EHR implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, scope, and schedules.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Monitor risks, issues, RAID logs and deliverables to closure.
• Ensure communications plans and status reports are maintained.
• Provide weekly updates and facilitate change management as needed.
