Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience at a tech or product-driven company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric solutions.
• Experience designing for web and mobile with responsive behavior.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Curiosity for new design/prototyping tools and methods.
• Doer mindset with ability to ship and iterate quickly.
• Clear communication of design decisions across teams.
• Solid visual design craft with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and others to deliver cohesive products.
• Meet users on-site to gather feedback and validate ideas.
• Translate research insights into actionable requirements.
• Structure, maintain, and evolve Nabla's internal design system.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
