Job summary

Athelas is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager, Air (EHR) in Mountain View, CA to own end-to-end onboarding and launching customers on Athelas Air. You’ll partner with Engineering and Launch to ensure smooth transitions, define success metrics, and build scalable launch playbooks.

You will draft detailed specifications, manage plans and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive time-to-value improvements while maintaining high adoption and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of operations or project management in SaaS/HealthTech.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs to on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Map customer workflows with customers and gather requirements.
• Draft detailed functional and technical specs (user stories, data mappings, interfaces).
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams and ensure playbook adherence.
• Act as liaison among Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Services.
• Create scalable launch templates for data migration, training, and go-live support.
• Monitor adoption metrics and support go-live activities.
