Skywalk Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Enterprise Business Analyst to support hospital IT environments with EHR systems and HL7 integration. You will work with clinicians, developers, and administrators to gather requirements and ensure secure, compliant data handling under HIPAA.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience, or 3+ years in hospital IT. Willingness to work on-call as needed is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a related supervisory role or hospital IT environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and supporting software applications.
Proficiency with JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with development and clinical staff to document business requirements for the EHR system.
Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems for secure, compliant operation.
Provide ongoing EHR support, updates, troubleshooting, and data accuracy.
