Job summary

3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support agency efforts to assess, document, and define business, clinical, operational, and data requirements for EHR capabilities across the organization.

You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs and to drive improvements in processes and workflows. The role involves eliciting and prioritizing requirements, translating needs into testable specifications,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a business analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience in requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, process maps, workflow and SOP documentation, risk analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management or related training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain business, clinical, operational, data, and reporting requirements for EHR initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements and document decisions or exceptions.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization across programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews of requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with workflows.
• Support validation of configured functionality through workflow reviews, testing, and user acceptance testing.
