3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support agency efforts in analyzing and defining business, clinical, operational, and data requirements for EHR capabilities.

The role collaborates with project management, clinical teams, IT, data, compliance, and other stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs. The analyst will elicit and document requirements for EHR initiatives, translate needs into testable requirements, identify gaps, and support

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in MBA or MHA preferred.
• Experience in requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, process maps, workflow and SOP documentation, risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain business, clinical, operational, data, and reporting requirements for EHR initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable, and solution-neutral requirements.
• Identify gaps and dependencies across programs and stakeholders to standardize requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews to confirm accuracy, priority, and alignment with workflows.
• Support validation of configured functionality through testing and user acceptance activities.
