Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Manager, EH&S to provide strategic and operational leadership for Environmental Health & Safety across the Fairview and Arden manufacturing sites. You will design, deploy, and continuously improve EH&S programs to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture aligned with TE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of EHS managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Prior manufacturing EH&S leadership experience required.
• Certifications such as CSP or CIH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S strategy and execution across Fairview and Arden.
• Assess and mitigate EH&S risks; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own and advance the EH&S management system (SAFE or similar).
• Embed EH&S into daily operations and continuous improvement.
• Drive proactive safety culture through leadership visibility.
• Establish and monitor leading/lagging EH&S KPIs.
• Develop EH&S training to ensure workforce competency.
• Lead investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Chair safety committees and coordinate cross-functional actions.
