You will own the EH&S management system, drive cross-functional improvements, manage risk, and develop training to elevate workforce competency while advancing sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze EH&S performance and manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Demonstrated experience driving compliance, audits, and regulatory interface.
• Strong capability to influence senior site leadership and drive cross-functional execution.
• Experience leading multi-site or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
• Track record of building high-performing teams and strengthening safety culture.

Responsabilités

• Lead EH&S strategy across Fairview and Arden sites, ensuring consistent standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assess, quantify, and mitigate EH&S risks; ensure OSHA and internal compliance requirements.
• Own and advance the EH&S management system (including SAFE or equivalent).
• Partner with site leadership to embed EH&S into daily operations and improvements.
• Chair safety committees, lead investigations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training to ensure workforce competency and compliance.
