Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Manager, EH&S to lead Environmental Health & Safety across the Fairview and Arden manufacturing sites.

The role focuses on designing, deploying, and continuously improving programs to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture aligned with TE standards and operational excellence. The position requires strong cross-functional influence, governance of the EH&S management system, and collaboration with site leadership to integrate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field required.
• Experience leading EH&S across multiple sites and managing regulatory interfaces.
• Certified safety credentials (CSP/CIH) preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S strategy and execution across Fairview and Arden sites.
• Assess, quantify, and prioritise EH&S risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Own and advance the EH&S management system (SAFE or equivalent).
• Embed EH&S into daily operations and production processes.
• Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership visibility and engagement.
• Establish and monitor leading/lagging indicators and KPIs.
• Develop EH&S training programs to ensure workforce competency.
• Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Chair safety committees and coordinate corrective actions across functions.
• Provide direction and development for EH&S professionals at both sites.
