Job summary

The Senior Specialist leads and supports EH&S communications initiatives that advance a zero-harm culture, environmental sustainability, risk management, and quality. The role partners with subject matter experts across the company to plan and deliver communications programs aligned with EH&S goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Communications, Business, Marketing or related discipline and 3 years of experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in SharePoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop and manage EH&S projects and programs that promote a zero harm culture and environmental sustainability.
• Plan and create multimedia communications for EH&S and stakeholders company wide.
• Develop, manage and support special projects related to KPIs and change management.
• Collaborate with internal partners to obtain accurate information for EH&S reports and announcements.
• Organize and participate in EH&S events, conferences and award programs.
• Participate in field visits and meetings to research and develop communications efforts.
• Promote a strong safety culture and psychological safety across EH&S and stakeholders.
