Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety or related field is preferred.
• Minimum five years of related experience in manufacturing safety is preferred.
• Experience aligning OSHA requirements with environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for all environmental, safety, and health concerns for the Omaha Site.
• Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures to align with best practices.
• Lead safety and environmental investigations to identify root causes.
• Plan and conduct training programs on safety and emergency procedures.
• Monitor local, state, and federal safety compliance and prepare reports.
