Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Sr. EGSE Automation Test Engineer to lead the test automation framework for HIL verification on the Terawave program. You will develop automated scripts, optimize production test cycles, and mentor a team of automation engineers.

The role requires strong Python, CI/CD exposure, and experience with hardware interfaces. Collaboration with EGSE, VTB, Electrical Test, and production teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in test automation, embedded software testing, or hardware-in-the-loop development.
• Proficiency in Python; automated test frameworks and regression suites in hardware test contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the test automation framework for HIL verification and production deployment.
• Develop, review, and execute automated test scripts and regression suites.
• Debug and triage automation failures; improve robustness and repeatability.
• Coordinate with EGSE Software Engineers on framework integration and tool releases.
• Mentor automation test engineers and share knowledge with production teams.
