Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
• ≥30 years demonstrated PM experience in high reliability environments (NASA/DoD/ESA preferred).
• Deep understanding of space environment effects on reliability and operation of electrical systems.
• Subject matter expert in EEEE parts with manufacturing/testing derating and reliability knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESES IV contractor operations for NASA GSFC Space Environment Effects Branch and Photonics/Fiber optics groups.
• Interface with Government customers, monitor performance, and provide single point of contact for issues.
• Provide technical consultation, risk assessment, and participate in PCB/FRB meetings.
