Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an EE Validation Project Chief (VPC) to lead electrical system validation across vehicle programs. The VPC ensures alignment with quality, timing, and cost objectives while maintaining compliance with technical requirements.

This role serves as the primary interface between the EEVI team and program stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing validation plans, managing budgets and resources, tracking ECUs, coordinating test properties, and publishing

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Automotive/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive electrical systems design, development, or validation.
• Proven experience in managing validation programs, budgets, and resources.
• Strong understanding of DVP&R development and execution.
• Effective communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EEVI with program stakeholders and PR for vehicle programs.
• Develop and maintain budgets, timelines, and validation plans.
• Define and manage ECU tracking and DVP execution.
• Coordinate build and commissioning of test properties and vehicle validation.
• Lead issue resolution and publish validated software across fleets.
