Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an EE Validation Project Chief (VPC) to lead electrical system validation across vehicle programs. This role interfaces the EE Validation & Industrialization (EEVI) team with program stakeholders, overseeing deliverables, resources, and issue resolution throughout the validation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include liaison with PR, creating budgets and timelines, managing ECU tracking and DVP, and coordinating test properties for validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Automotive/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive electrical systems design, development, or validation.
• Proven ability to manage validation programs, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead EE validation activities across vehicle programs.
• Coordinate ECU tracking and Design Verification Plans (DVP).
• Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and validation plans.
• Coordinate build/commissioning of test properties and determine vehicle count for validation.
• Manage manpower assessments, vehicle requests, test property readiness, and program deliverables.
• Publish validated software for use across development fleets.
