Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an EE Validation Project Chief (VPC) to lead and coordinate electrical system validation across vehicle programs in Michigan. You will ensure alignment with quality, timing, and cost objectives while interfacing between EEVI and program stakeholders to deliver results.

Responsibilities include managing ECU tracking, DVP execution, budgets, timelines, and resource planning. You will also publish validated software and support EMC/EOL activities within a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Automotive/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive electrical design, development or validation.
• Experience managing validation programs, budgets and resources.
• Strong DVP&R development and execution experience.
• Effective communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CAN bus systems and diagnostic tools (CANoe/CANalyzer).
• Familiarity with electrical debugging tools (oscilloscope, multimeter).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between EEVI and Project Responsible for specific vehicle programs.
• Develop and maintain program budgets, timelines and validation plans.
• Define and manage ECU tracking and DVP.
• Coordinate build and commissioning of test properties and vehicle requests.
• Manage manpower assessments, vehicle requests, test readiness and program deliverables.
• Collect and distribute software readiness reports and CVVRs.
• Lead validation planning for change requests and series cards.
• Maintain vehicle configurations, scan reports and key programming data.
• Oversee test property reservations and timely validation-loop updates.
• Support vehicle-level EMC testing and EOL tester development.
