Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our PM/CM group in Texas. You will oversee the planning, design, execution, and completion of construction projects for educational environments, ensuring quality, safety, timeliness, and budget alignment.

You will lead diverse teams, manage budgets and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Ten years of experience in large-scale projects and relevant PMP/LEED credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP, LEED AP or similar credentials preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets; track expenses and invoices.
• Provide regular financial reporting and cost containment strategies.
• Lead project teams (architects, engineers, contractors, vendors).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate post-construction inspections, warranties, and handover procedures.
