Cumming Group is hiring a Senior Project Engineer based in Monterey Park, CA to support bond-funded education construction projects. You will work with the PMO and district Facilities, Planning and Development teams to manage change orders, field orders, RFI tracking, and documentation.

The role requires a BS/BA in engineering or related fields and at least seven years of construction experience. Proficiency with PMIS systems, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in a similar or equivalent position in construction.
• Experience with PMIS systems and document reviews/mark-ups is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides technical and administrative support for the PMO Construction department and district facilities management team.
• Track and follow up RFIs and submittals during design, pre-bid, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with PMO and District on change orders and field orders processing.
• Prepare reports and maintain change order logs for management review.
