Team Inc in Waterbury, CT is seeking an experienced early childhood program leader to coach a team of educators, oversee curriculum implementation, and ensure quality across classrooms.

You will analyze child outcome data, manage hiring and staff development, and ensure compliance with Head Start and licensing standards while fostering strong family partnerships and community connections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of early childhood development, special needs, and Head Start standards.
• Coaching mindset with strengths-based approach; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of educators through observations and 1:1 supervision.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and instructional quality across classrooms.
• Analyze child outcome data to drive improvements in teaching practice.
• Partner with the full support team to ensure services for every child.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development for teaching staff.
• Ensure classrooms meet Head Start and licensing standards.
• Support teachers in family partnerships and community connections.
• Contribute to program planning, reporting, and quality improvement.
