Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production to lead editorial quality and production of mission-driven content across the organization. This role builds workflows, standards, and production systems to keep content creation on schedule.

Remote across the United States, you will partner with stakeholders to plan priorities, allocate resources, and ensure every publication reflects clear, accurate, and nuanced voice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in editorial and content production leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to set and maintain high editorial standards.
• Experience managing and developing teams and individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial quality and production of communications content.
• Build and manage workflows, standards, and production systems for content creation.
• Lead planning and resource allocation for owned-content projects across the organization.
• Uphold and promote the organization's voice and editorial standards in all publications.
• Develop recurring communications and reporting products based on established priorities.
• Create or edit high-priority content personally, ensuring precision and clarity.
• Manage content operations for the organization's website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
