Qualifications

• Exceptional command of grammar, style, structure, and tone.
• Experience developing or managing style guides and editorial standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills with coaching capabilities.
• Familiarity with investment concepts or eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Edit investor letters, client updates, and presentations for investor relations and business development teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop drafts for communications and presentations.
• Develop and maintain the organization's house style for a range of communications.
• Establish and streamline editorial workflows for drafting and approving documents.
• Lead writing clinics and coach staff to improve writing skills.
• Create guidance that helps staff self-certify documents and improve efficiency.
